Grid_Lined Log of Events

Faux's grid_lined timeline of events:

- Intro Post: Faux was discovered on the inner shore of the Sea of Simulation by Clu1 tanks4thememory in which some differences were revealed and some uncomfortable revelations made. Having traded a custom baton for Clu1's standard one as a thanks for helping him out. His name was not mentioned to Clu1 but figured it out via the embellishment on the baton traded, which had his name.

- Not long after arriving into the City he quickly repaired his damaged helmet and his armour enough to get around. Afterward having made a brief run around some of the area, he observed Yori yorisearching and was confused by the strange familiarity of her which lead to this brief encounter.

- Some more time passed and a thorough scan of the city revealed an apartment complex of new ISO's. Before anything could be done about it, a blackguard blackguardhelix was suspected of planting a bomb, and rushed out of the building as another explosion further away goes off. It was in Faux's best interests to aid the blackguard in escape. This did not go to plan, and instead the bomb went off and destablised the surrounding buildings walls in the blast. A piece clipped Faux on the side and the injury was exacerbated further when he then landed on it in a high speed collision when vacating the premises.

- A small time after the bombing situation, Faux went back to the scene of the crime to look for his last custom baton he had dropped in the retreat, in which he was irrationally fighting a nasty case of unexpected sentimentality for. There Kade annualprank dropped in unannounced and catches sight of him in which they then have this discussion.

- Some time later Faux decided to go to the EoL for some easy work, after he had successfully finished creating a new accommodation hidden within the city. A covered program with unusual yellow circuitry he had suspected to be Ram sat close and he decided to investigate. It had in fact been revealed as a Ram nomoremrniceguy, just not from his system who was a little less considerate of others.

- After a brief time Faux went to examine the 'Free' Grid's games and how they were played. Commandeering a small section of the audience seating, he is unprepared for a Bostrumite ISO krypticfactor to hack his mod and seat itself so close by. This discussion ensured, and he got a little more more than he expected.

- Some time after the ISO encounter, Faux then went about to correct the damage and now constant power glitches that had plagued him from the close explosion to the bomb. He observed and waited until an opportunity for a newly rerezzed recompiler program ardus to repair him. The program was suspicious and fearful but considerate when he shows his injury upfront.

- After his injury was repaired, Faux was in a slump as he was becoming increasingly aggravated at not having any function to fulfill, and constantly having to rely on his default commands. The strange Bostrumite ISO krypticfactor appeared again on a chair next to him, and this conversation came up in his boredom. Faux attempted to console and provide some relationship advice from what limited experience he had, with mixed results.

-Hanging around a quiet portion of the central part of the city, close to his hideout, Faux's alone time was interrupted by a curious sight. Faux found Vector in a not so good state. He had some choice words, but kept it civil.

-Later on in the outskirts of the city, Faux had the displeasure of returning to a hated function through pure desperation on finding some use; repairing random broken code in the infrastructure. After having finished his repairs, Faux then had the immediate displeasure of encountering General Tesler generalissimo one of Faux's least favourite programs, in that tight alleyway, After a short scuffle that Faux managed well given who it was, he managed to exit out of the area, but not before sustaining another minor injury. The injury had been bad enough, but Tesler had also managed to break all the repairs he had painstakingly made as well.

-Faux kicked back for a while as he regrouped at the EoL and re-energized. He then saw a familiar face of a former games participant, Hurd dancing_shepherd who hadn't  treat his presence too great. She ran away mid conversation. He hadn't know what to think.

-A time later, back in the EoL, Faux caught who he thought was Ardus snooping around. Having decided to get some well meted conversation going, he confronted the program, only to soon realize his mistake. He had mistook the mirror program Dius for the one he was after and made to leave, only for Dius to show how confused and glitching he truly was. After several threats to Faux with pointy objects, Dius gave up and left. Faux had not been entirely sure what that program was about, but reminded him of a few things he needed to do.

-Having been spurred on by Dius, and frustrated by his increasing glitched state, Faux took the opportunity to visit Ardus to get well deserved answers, only to fail at finding him.

-Having failed to locate Ardus, Faux next came across Sam Flynn boygenius, a curious tiny user who had identified himself as Flynn's biological son, and confused Faux for Flynn. Faux had questions, namely about this user odd dimensions, and his relation to the user, Flynn. Faux and Sam exchanged answers. Everything had gone well, until Sam had offered for Faux to accompany him back to his base and meet with Clu1. Now aware of the user's ruse, he made an hasty exit.

-Faux had a brief encounter with another sysadmin Clu2 buildsperfection bearing an odd white colouration. Unfortunately he was not identified as Faux's Clu2.

-While he made his way back into his building's complex, a tank blocked the entryway. Annoyed after having waited for it to move, Faux barged into it to fix the tank himself so he can move it along. Wulf runsinpacks was not impressed and both are equally displeased with each other, but Faux managed to repair it and be civil, enough.

-As Faux next visited the EoL, he encountered what he assumed was the user Flynn builtromeinaday, only to find it was a program of the user. A very rude one at that.

-Still infuriated by the fake Flynn program, Faux had stood outside the EoL main entrance and waited for the Flynn program to exit with the intention of some 'choice words'. Instead Clu1 appeared instead. Changing plans, Faux stalked Clu1 tanks4thememory and cornered him in an inoperative warehouse. They fought, and accusations were hurled, as well as disks. Unfortunately, Faux did not come out on top, and slinked away to severely damaged to tend to his wounds.

-[Append] This conversation happens between Clu1 tanks4thememory and a friend of his called Britt letsbebadguys, straight after the disaster. They discuss the situation about Faux.

-[Append] Trying to appeal to a user for help in finding Faux and repairing him, Clu1 tanks4thememory tracked down Roy heyalanhey who agreed to help.

-Part1: Faux had since managed to retreat to his hidden hideout. In a near fatal state, he was unprepared for the combined force of Clu1 tanks4thememory and Roy heyalanhey invading his hideout. He barely slipped away, but was soon captured. Faux underwent repairs from the fall damages, then Roy gave him a choice to fix his glitches once and for all, by undoing the rectification he was under. Faux recognized in the end that he had no choice in if he chooses to or not, whatever would happen would happen anyway. He ultimately decided he would rather get it over and done with. “I’m rather tired enough of this ride myself. I’d rather get off it and be done.”

-Part2: Faux agreed to Roy's fix. Roy heyalanhey then edited his code the best he could, then Faux awoke  a new old program.

CLU's grid_lined timeline of events:

[NOTE: For simplicity sake Faux is being referred to here as CLU to differentiate him from his Faux persona, however he is technically still designated as Faux. Roy did not change his name back.]

-After Roy repaired CLU's code, Clu1 took him back to his apartment to rest and keep and eye on him. Clu1's roommate, Britt letsbebadguys, had then appeared. CLU and Britt shared some serious words, Clu1 offered the next door apartment for CLU's use, then they exchanged energy.

-CLU encountered a Ram ram_xr71. They talked. CLU had the chance to get some stuff off his chest. They both bond over bits.
