Back-tagging: Sure. You can backtag from 8 years ago in a dead game if you want. (Might just want to give me a heads-up for that though.)
Fourth-walling: Maybe. If it's a minor in-joke between people I know, that's ok. But probably save it for meme or joke threads.
Threadhopping: Sure. Though a DM or notice would be nice to discuss this if it fits well into the current thread.
Hand-waving/dropping threads: Sure. Though I'd prefer a DM or a message on Plurk to talk it through.
Forbidden: No underage. Apart from that, nothing at the moment.

Physical Affection: Yes. But you will have to at least know him and have him comfortable around you.
Hugging Yes. His bff used to always hug him, so absolutely ok.
kissing  Maybe? Programs idea of kissing is between friends, and not a purely romantic thing, though he tends not to do it to anyone else but his closest. If you're not close, it won't happen, or he will have questions.
Flirting You can try. He may not get it. Or he will way after the fact. If he identifies you being disingenuous and after something, he may just 'flirt' back to show how it feels about being manipulated.
Sexuality/preference: He's a program that just looks like a guy. They don't have an actual sex and or gender as people see it. Therefore he has no hangups nor preference. It's all about personality.
Relationships: You're probably not his type. But you can try.
Violence: Sure. if you want to plot out extensive scenes, drop me a DM or Plurk about it.
Physical  Sure, but he will defend himself, and he will fight dirty if provoked.
Psychological Sure, he is fully exploitable due to past trauma. His reactions depending on what it is, which could range from screeching like a kettle and attacking the source back, or screeching like a kettle and moving along faster than a cat thrown in water, or absolutely nothing at all.
Injuring: Sure.
Killing: Sure, but I would like  DM to talk it through first.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Since he has no organic parts, he would not be able to be read or affected.
Using technopathy/hacking abilities on this character: Maybe. It's debatable if he would even be recognized through hacks or technopathy simply because he isn't his own OS, has no functional technological means of being hacked besides getting his disc, and he's literally tiny, at only a few hundred kilobytes (300kb) at the max. Lol. Run me a DM, i'd be happy to hear a plan or reason. (also his disc has a 1980s security lvl password)
Using magic/mystical abilities on this character: Maybe. He is code. Not sure if magic would even work on anthropomorphized code running through Disney science. But he is 'Disney Science', so throw me a DM or plurk and we can work out something. The funnier the better.
